AFTER is one of the few post-adoption sites on the Web that provides services and help to adoptive families and adopted children AFTER the adoption has been completed. From infancy to late teens, AFTER offers Support Groups, Therapy Services, Discussion Forums, Newsletters, Chat Room, Research facilities, and a real-life library, education series and personal support system. You can stay virtual or attend our in-person support and educational groups throughout the South Bay and Monterey Bay areas.
