We maintain a library of adoption materials at our office in San Jose where families can browse the books, photocopy articles, or listen to or watch tapes. Some items can be borrowed for a week at a time. 
The links at the left will take you to complete listings of materials that are of use to adoptive families, many of which can also be purchased here.
If you know of a book, tape or article that you want to recommend that we include in the library, please mail us with the details and the reasons for your recommendation. Thanks.

We are in the process of compiling the article listings and should have those available during the winter.
 

Library Policy
  • Any of our library materials can be borrowed from the AFTER office in San Jose. Please give us a call first to ensure the item is available.
  • We ask for a check deposit for the value of the item which is returned to you in full upon return of the item in good condition.
  • Items are loaned for a one week period. A late fee may be applied if necessary.
