Welcome to the Internet site of AFTER, owned by Kinship Center, a
legally licensed California Adoption and Foster Family Agency, and
hereinafter referred to as this "Site". AFTER is a collaboration of
several local agencies with the mission of providing residents with
assistance after their adoption had occurred. We are non-commercial,
nonprofit and nonpolitical. Kinship Center wants you to know what
information we learn about you when you visit this Site, what we do
with that information, and how you can change the information we have.
When
you visit this Site, we recognize only your domain name and not your
e-mail address. We will see your e-mail address only if you fill out a
form or send us an e-mail message.
If you
provide information about yourself by subscribing to the newsletter,
scheduling for an event on the calendar, by filling out a survey, by
participating in our chat rooms or otherwise by voluntarily telling us
about yourself or your activities, we will collect that information
solely for our own use. We may share demographic statistics of our
visitors as a whole with unaffiliated companies, but we will not
sell or provide your individual information to unaffiliated companies.

of the Kinship Center trademarks, logos, and service marks
(collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered
and unregistered Trademarks of Kinship Center Nothing contained on the
Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or
otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the
Site without the written permission of Kinship Center or such third
party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse
of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the

like on the Site, Kinship Center is under no obligation to do so and
